Youth (Grades 7-12)
Cody Wallace, Minister of Youth
In a room filled with comfortable upholstered chairs and couches, youth start growing into adult Christians under the leadership of a highly trained young man of God and his wife. They sponsor a child from Haiti, prepare for and go on church mission trips including the country of Haiti, and witness to their beliefs in a myriad of ways.
Transitions
Rev. Bryon LePere
These members are in transition – from post high school, including early married couples, singles, and older people interested in studying Baptist doctrine and organization. They expect the unexpected: from studying different books, to facilitating a part of worship, to meeting outside in the picnic area in good weather. It is fun, interesting, informative, and gives opportunity for personal growth.
Young Marrieds
Betty Spence
Parents of growing children up through high school, these active members share their talents with family, church, and community while studying the Word for direction.
Mixed Adults
Steve Taylor
Starting as Young Adults, this now often gray-haired class also has young, singles, couples, relatives, and multi-generation members. It meets in the kitchen and always has coffee available. Under intelligent leadership, they non-judgmentally pray, share and explore life lessons. They are a vital part of church and community.
Women’s Class
Jennie Watson
These godly women share their experience in support of each other, the church, and reaching out to the community. Their lessons are rich with examples from life.
Men’s Class
Phil Jones
Pillars of church leadership, these humble men study the Bible and continue to grow closer to the Lord as they deal with life.
There is a place for everyone, with great fellowship, caring, and growth. Adults choose whichever class is best for their needs and desires. Y’all come!!
